Refund Eligibility for Non-Working Products
- Proof of Non-Functionality: To qualify for a refund on a non-working product, customers must provide evidence that the license key is not functioning. Acceptable forms of proof include screenshots or videos clearly showing the error or issue. This evidence should be sent to contact@designtools.shop.
- Time Limit for Claims: Claims for non-working products must be made within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Working License Keys: We do not issue refunds for license keys that have been activated successfully. Once a license key is activated, it is considered used and cannot be restocked or resold.
How to Request a Refund
- If you encounter issues with your product, please gather the required proof of the problem and contact us within the 30-day period.
