When purchasing a license for multi-users or multi-devices, please be aware of the following conditions:

Multi-Device License Key: We reserve the right to attribute/deliver a multi-device license key to customers who have purchased a license for more than one device, computer, or server. This license key allows activation on multiple designated devices simultaneously.

License Usage: The provided multi-device license key grants you the right to activate the software on the specified number of devices as stated in your license agreement. Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement.

Activation Process: To activate the software on additional devices, please follow the instructions provided with the license key. The activation process may vary depending on the software but generally involves entering the license key during installation or activation.

Compliance Monitoring: It is your responsibility to keep track of the devices on which the software is activated. Maintaining an accurate record of activated devices ensures compliance with the license agreement.

ONLINE SHOP

All the products in Designtools online shop are digital, and they are delivered through e-mail .- THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DELIVERY. Upon payment for a Program, you may download and access a copy of that Program, as applicable, for personal use. It is your responsibility to make sure that your device meets any minimum system requirements, including any requirement made available on the Program product detail pages.

You release Designtools from any and all claims connected to a possible dispute with the software publisher. From time to time, promotions such as sales and give-aways promotions may be offered through our Online Shop. Any promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Designtools or to products you purchase through Designtools shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the united states, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Designtools

Please read this policy carefully. Your satisfaction as a customer is very important to us.

We issue refunds on our products on the following terms :

1. Full refund within 30 Days, if the customer received an unusable license – but first must contact our support, to determine that license is not working due to the request itself and not by some other means (faulty installation, the wrong product installed, malware or virus corruption of system files, etc..)

2. Full refund within 30 Days, if the customer did not receive a license, via Email.

3. Full refund within 2 Years, if the customer is having problems with the license, after activating it.

4.NO REFUND if the customer received a working license

Designtools reserves the right to check the product key for Activation details within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated, after the purchase, Designtools has the right to refuse a refund since the purchased service has been provided as agreed.
